Netherlands:Delivery via DHL.
You will receive a track & trace code with the delivery date and a time slot (08:00 – 18:00). No telephone appointment will be made.
Abroad: Delivery via Rhenus.
They will contact you by phone in advance to arrange the delivery.
For deliveries within the Netherlands (large items), this is not possible. For international deliveries, the carrier will contact you to make an appointment.
Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. If you have seen something in one of our stores, you can call our customer service or the relevant store to reserve the product.
This is possible. Since it is an online order, your money will be credited via the webshop. If you purchased a product in the store, please contact the store for return and exchange options.
